Add WebQuery Link to ACS

Add the ability to launch WebQuery Browser session from ACS client


Use Case:

To allow client to more easily launch web query from within ACS, just as we can Navigater for i, SSH, RUNSQL etc

    This is now available in our 1.1.8.3 update.

    Our next update will include DB2 Web Query for i in the list of available Hardware Management Interfaces which can be configured at: System Configurations, Edit, Console tab.
