Do not duplicate format identifier during CRTDUPOBJ processing

On the CRTDUPOBJ command there is an option to duplicate file identifers (FILEID). If set to *NO this will create unique file and member identifiers for the new object but will retain the format identifier.

This format identifier makes the objects "related" and this restricts the number of objects that can be saved via the SAVLIB, and possibly other, commands.

These objects are NOT related! There is no referential integrity etc. linking these objects.

Can the CRTDUPOBJ command be enhanced so that a new format identifier is also generated if FILEID(*NO) is specified.

Alternatively can the save commands be enhanced so that all objects in a library are saved regardless of the number of "related internal objects" as defined on https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/en/ssw_ibm_i_73/rzamp/rzampsaverst.htm

Use Case:

We have a use case where our software behaves differently if more than 250K files are journalled to the same journal. We used the CRTDUPOBJ command to create more than 250K files. Since each of these files has the same format identifier all save options fail and we have no means of recovering these files.

    Hi,
Please give this another go via IBM Service.
While we don't plan to provide a way to get a new and unique format level ID as requested, we can look at avoiding having the CRTDUPOBJ increase the related object count.
    Thank you, Scott
