BRMS Syncing issues due to changing entries on QUSRBRM/QA1AMM

The QA1AMM is getting updated for every open and close of the blocks processed on tape. This is to update the latest used date/time in the QA1AMM file.

Due to these updates on QA1AMM file, the QUSRBRM/QJ1ACM journal entries were piled up. In my environment, this caused around 8000-entries for 3-hour full backup. When the QBRMNET job starts after this save, the system has to replicate these 8000 entries to all systems in BRMS NW. Actually we just need the last one entry of QJ1ACM journal (for a particular volume) to be replicated.

In my BRMS Network, I have around 90 systems. So after a full backup, the QBRMNET job & QBRMSYNC job takes high CPU because it has to replicate/sync 7.2 Lakh entries ie., 8000 entries * 90 systems.

Over the weekend, on all systems the Production jobs were impacted because all Production systems went down for backup and once the Q1ABRMNET subsystems were started QBRMNET eats up all the available CPU.
