Add Journal Entry Type for TRUNCATE TABLE

Add Journal Code "D" Entry Type "TT" or equivalent ("F-CR") on the SQL TRUNCATE TABLE event.

Use Case:

Current state, TRUNCATE TABLE creates a journal entry of F-CH and D-CG which states that the file has changed, these are the same entries written to the journal with a command like
CHGPF FILE(MYLIB/MYFILE) SIZE(10000000 1000 10)
The TRUNCATE command clears the table and that should be reflected in the journal just as the CLRPFM action is journaled.

IBM does not intend to provide the requested solution to this request at this time, so it is being closed.

For TRUNCATE TABLE when there is data in the table, a journal entry of F- CR is created, indicating a physical file member was cleared. This is the same entry that is created for CLRPFM. There are no plans to generate an SQL statement version of this journal entry.
