Support Content Assist on CLP control flow structure IF–THEN–ELSE.

It would be very helpful to be able to use content assist with CTRL+SPACE for complex structures like IF?THEN?ELSE for CLP inside Rational Developer for i. Eclipse uses this feature natively in Java and other languages. Programmers who are experienced in other IDEs are common with this feature. Porting them to Rational could reduce the general coding effort and prevent syntactical errors.
It is also an important feature which provides an easier intro for rather unexperienced users.

Use Case:

If you are writing code, you have to type all of the statements manually and need to handle single line command completion using F4 instead of getting assistance on completion of complex blocks of code.

This RFE is a duplicate of another RFE. See www.ibm.com/developerworks/rfe/execute?use_case=viewRfe&CR_ID=55789 for current status.

A preliminary evaluation of this request indicates that it is consistent with our business strategy. Further evaluation of this RFE is underway.
