The BRMS team does not intend to provide a solution to this request at this time, so it is being closed. Unfortunately, BRMS is not involved in the message processing for the CPA401E, this happens between the device and the library manager and is outside of the BRMS control. We had a PMR 31024 but it was to moniqtor for the message. Can't find and don't racaal to created a PMR for this.
IBM needs more information to further assess your Request for Enhancement. Did you already contact your service provider to open a PMR and they instructed you to open an RFE as they told you it was not a bug? This seems like a defect.
