The feature that is described in this request is a candidate for a future release.
We have implemented this request by adding a 'Outline Statements' item to the Outline view which will position to the O-Specs.
We also added an 'Exception Output' category under 'Global Definitions' which lists all all Exeption names and their refererences.
References to field in O-Specs will not have an (O) suffix. They will already have an (M) suffix if the Blank After column is specified. and we felt that if we did this for O specs we would need to do it for all other specification types which felt like too much clutter.
Due to processing by IBM, this request was reassigned to have the following updated attributes:

This RFE will be under consideration for a future release. Status has been updated to Uncommitted Candidate.
A preliminary evaluation of this request indicates that it is consistent with our business strategy. Further evaluation of this RFE is underway.
