Add alignment function to report designer

The Screen Designer function includes an alignment feature--i.e., you can right-click on a field and select the alignment option (Left,Center,Right). The Report Designer does not include this function.


Use Case:

While in Report Designer, add a field/constant/etc. and right-click. On the context menu, have the ability to select alignment just like the Screen Designer. (The alignment options for Top, Middle, and Bottom would not be as useful in the Report Designer although I could see limited use vertically aligning the field within it's record--horizontal alignment would be far more useful.)

    Thank you for taking the time to submit your request. After careful consideration, we know that we cannot deliver your requested enhancement in the near term, so it is being declined. However, your request does align with the future strategy of our product and we believe it may have future value, so we will add it to an internal list for us to keep in mind for the future.

    We have reviewed this requirement and we feel it would be a beneficial enhancement to the product. We hope to be able to add it to our development plans in the future.
