Add CCSID to QUSROBJD

The CCSID for an Object is not returned in any of the QUSROBJD formats. It should be. It should also be included in the OBJECT_STATISTICS UDTF.


Use Case:

Trying to determine what files on my system are NOT setup with CCSID(37). Attempted to use OBJECT_STATISTICS (not there) so I reverted to QUSROBJD (also not there). I checked the RTVOBJD command, not there either. So I ended up using stat64() which does return the CSSID. (Note I did NOT need a list of objects, but the QGYOLOB API also has no CCSID option to be returned).

    QUSROBJD returns information that is common to most object types. The CCSID only applies to a small number of objects. But will do more investigation.

    The CEAC has reviewed this requirement and recommends that IBM view this as a MEDIUM priority requirement that should be addressed.

    Background: The COMMON Europe Advisory Council (CEAC) members have a broad range of experience in working with small and medium-sized IBM i customers. CEAC has a crucial role in working with IBM i development to help assess the value and impact of individual RFEs on the broader IBM i community and has therefore reviewed your RFE.
