Limited access to IFS via iACS

We manage a Outsourcing Services for Banking and Insurance Customers. The users transfer files from their pc to the /home directory of the As400 Server through the shared folders. We would like to use iACS for this activity, but limiting access to specific directories as we do for shared folders.


Use Case:

A user must copy a file into a /home directory. For reasons of security and easy navigation it must be able to see only some directories and not all the IFS

    Any authority limits for the user must be set on the IBM i server (not by ACS). You may find this article helpful:
