This portal is to open public enhancement requests against IBM Power Systems products, including IBM i. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

I'd like to add my vote for this idea. ACS looks terrible when running in dark mode and Run SQL scripts is nearly unusable.
I'm runnng on Wind 10. The choice of orange for text fields in the editor is hard to read (at least for me).
As is the reverse imaging of errors.

It would be really nice to be able to customize them.
Attachment (Description): I am voting for this, you bet! But if you're using GTK3, I have a work around (hack!) for java applications that ignore LAF, GTK_THEME envvars and so on... Create a folder, any folder... > mkdir -p "$HOME/.local/hacks/share/themes" Now copy the light version of the theme you are using, to that folder... > cp -R "/usr/share/themes/Adwaita" "$HOME/.local/hacks/share/themes/" Rename that theme, to the name of the theme you are using > mv "$HOME/.local/hacks/share/themes/Adwaita" "$HOME/.local/hacks/share/themes/Adwaita-dark" Now start ACS, using that hack folder... GTK_DATA_PREFIX="$HOME/.local/hacks" java -jar /opt/ibm/iAccessClientSolutions/acsbundle.jar At least this way, us dark users can read what is on the screen.
IBM understands this request and will consider it for a future code update, though no commitment is made or implied.
IBM has received this requirement and is evaluating it. A response will be provided when evaluation is complete.
