Provide details of imported procedures and variables in program/service program APIs and commands

Enhance the DSPPGMREF/DSPPGM/DSPSRVPGM commands and QBNLPGMI/QBNLSPGM APIs to provide details of procedure and data item imports and how they have been resolved.

Currently only module exports are available through the QBNLMODI API and requires the retention of the *MODULE object without necessarily being able to guarantee that this is the version used to build a given executable. It is not possible to determine which specific procedure/data exports a module in a compiled program object imports from another module or service program.

Use Case:

This is to assist in static analysis and enable the building of x-reference information, identifying where a given procedure/data export is used and therefore what code will require amendment in the event of change.

.Given that the RFE is categorized as "low" priority, IBM does not intend to provide a solution to this request at this time, so it is being closed. This team has quite a long list of higher priority requirements, and this request is not likely to be implemented anytime soon. As a work around, cross reference information can be generated at bind-time by requesting *FULL for "Detail listing."

IBM will use this request as input to planning but no commitment is made or implied. This request will be updated in the future if IBM implements it. IBM will use votes and comments from others in the community to help prioritize this request.
