Add dialog to ACS for displaying "in use" information of stream files stored in the IFS

Include the "in use" dialog into ACS and do not launch the "IBM Navigator for i" web application for displaying the locks of a given IFS stream file.

Today "IBM Navigator for i" is launched to display the locks of an IFS stream file following these steps:

1) Create a stream file in the user's home directory.
2) Open the stream file with option "2" (Edit) or the EDTF command.
3) Launch ACS (IBM i Access Client Solutions).
4) Select "Actions -> General -> Integrated File System".
5) Navigate to the stream file created at #1.
6) Right-click the stream file to open the context menu and select "Properties".
7) Select the "Use" tab on the properties page.
8) Click "Show usage...".
9) Select an entry of the "Current usage" table.
10) Click the "Details" button.

Launching "IBM Navigator for i" is annoying, because it takes significant time and the user has to sign in again. The next problem is that the session is invalidated after the user signed in:

"Anmeldung fehlgeschlagen. Überprüfen Sie Benutzer-ID und Kennwort und wiederholen Sie den Vorgang."

The user has to logon again and click "Details" once more to see the locks.

Product version used for creating this RFE: ACS 1.1.8.4

Use Case:

Checking the file locks should be easy and fast in case of application problems, e.g. a IFS stream file could not be moved or deleted by an application.

IBM understands this request and will consider it for a future code update, though no commitment is made or implied.
