Ability to automate mass spool file downloads

I would like a command line plug-in to be able to specify a library/outq name and a folder path and have the ability to download all the spool files in that outq to the folder path. It would also be helpful if there was a switch to download as PDF or TXT.

Use Case:

We have certain processes that generate numerous spool files in 6 or 7 outqs. Each time we run the process, the outqs are cleared and new reports are generated, so we need to download the reports each time for historical purposes. It's very time consuming to do this through the GUI, and a command line process would be much easier and more efficient.

IBM has received this request and will consider it for a future code update, though no commitment is made or implied.

We do have CPYOUTQ in COZTOOLS that does this already.
As of July 2018 COZTOOLS became a no-charge product, so you can download it and use it right away. I use it in several processes, such as month-end to copy the SPOOLED files in an OUTQ to *PDF in a specific folder. And yes it supports both *PDF and *TEXT output.
