provide a command or an API to change certificate store password

Properly managing SSL/TLS certificates become more and more important. Specifically all the certificates and certificates authorities which are stored in the *SYSTEM certificate store.
This certificate store is protected by a password, that can be reset from DCM interface.
This RFE is about providing an API or a command, which would allow resetting the certificate store password in a batch mode, from tools which are able to manage passwords, such as CyberArk vault.

Use Case:

Automatic certificate store passwords reset and store in a vault to become compliant with rules which imply a regular change (90 days) for any shared id password.
