Support OBJECT NAME as Parameter of OBJECT_STATISTICS UDTF

The Db2 for i SQL UDTF OBJECT_STATISTICS accepts only a FULL object name or NO object name as the third parameter. This means to produce a list of generic names, the WHERE clause must be added.
Supporting a generic name on that Object_Name parameter would greatly enhance performance because only matching object names would appear on the list. Today the entire list is scanned for the matches on the WHERE clause. In libraries where "10 objects" exist, this is a non-issue. But when there are 8000+ objects in a library, it can take "centuries" to return the list.

Use Case:

select objname,objattribute
from table(qsys2.object_statistics('ORDERS','*FILE','OE*')) OL
WHERE objAttribute = 'PF38';

Only a list of (file in this case) objects with names that begin with 'OE' would appear in the list.
The interface should support both legacy CL Command Generic* names (with trailing asterisk) as well as SQL-style "generics" using the %, as in 'OE%' or 'OE*' produce the same results.

    .This enhancement was delivered in spring 2021 with IBM i 7.4 PTF Group level 13 and IBM i 7.3 PTF Group level 24.

    The QSYS2.OBJECT_STATISTICS table function has been enhanced to allow a generic name for the OBJECT_NAME parameter.

    The CAAC has reviewed this requirement and recommends that IBM view this as a medium priority requirement that should be addressed. This would be very nice to have to alleviate a minor but frequent frustration.

    Background: The COMMON Americas Advisory Council (CAAC) members have a broad range of experience in working with small and medium-sized IBM i customers. CAAC has a key role in working with IBM i development to help assess the value and impact of individual RFEs on the broader IBM i community, and has therefore reviewed your RFE.

    For more information about CAAC, see www.common.org/caac

    For more details about CAAC's role with RFEs, see http://www.ibmsystemsmag.com/Blogs/i-Can/May-2017/COMMON-Americas-Advisory-Council-%28CAAC%29-and-RFEs/
