Job reference missing in spoolfile

When working with JVM's on IBM the function Print GC Tables, produces a spoolfile in which no reference to the job it is derived from is present. This makes analyses very complicated.

Use Case:

When using the command WRKJVMJOB and option 9 offers you through F7, to print the GC tables.
Apart from the fact that the numbers of the GC Cycle table do not match the numbers when looking at the GC cycles tables in the WRKJVMJOB after taking option 5, option 9.
The spoolfile generated does not contain any reference information of the actual job of IBM i. The IBM i job information missing in this spoolfile.

The CEAC has reviewed this requirement and recommends that IBM view this as a MEDIUM priority requirement that should be addressed.

We can see there are a number of ways IBM could solve this issue and we do not mind which method they use. But what we do feel that whatever solution IBM introduces it should be both Queriable by SQL and can integrate with IBM Health Center used by RDi and other eclipse tools. That said, IBM support relies on the current spool file method. It would be ideal if IBM could enhance this to include Job Information in the short term.

Background: The COMMON Europe Advisory Council (CEAC) members have a broad range of experience in working with small and medium-sized IBM i customers. CEAC has a crucial role in working with IBM i development to help assess the value and impact of individual RFEs on the broader IBM i community and has therefore reviewed your RFE.

To find out how CEAC help to shape the future of IBM i, see CEAC @ ibm.biz/BdYSYj and the article "The Five Hottest IBM i RFEs Of The Quarter" at ibm.biz/BdYSZT
