When compiling a C source file member using CRTBNDC command, the generated *PGM object is assigned an Activation Group of *NEW. Please add the ACTGRP (Activation Group) Parameter to the CRTBNDC command so we can assign the activation group and compile/creation time.
When building C programs that are then used as SQL EXTERNAL programs (i.e., the program that runs behind an SQL Function) they are _required_ to use ACTGRP(*CALLER). Today if we use C and then compile the all-in-one source member using CRTBNDC the *PGM object has an Activation Group attribute of *NEW an thus it can't be used by SQL.
