SQL precompiler support for EXTNAME(filename : fmtname : fieldtype) where fieldtype is *ALL, *INPUT, *OUTPUT, or *KEY

Allow the use of a data-structure defined with EXTNAME(*ALL, *INPUT, *OUTPUT, or *KEY) to be used as an SQL host variable.

Use Case:

In a case where IO must be done with a workstation file you have to code separate data-structures, one with *ALL for an EXFMT/READ/WRITE operation, and one with with just the filename for any SQL.

In a case with mixed RLA IO and SQL IO, again separate data-structures have to be coded.

The CEAC has reviewed this requirement and recommends that IBM view this as a HIGH priority requirement that is important to address.

Streamline the SQL precompiler with the RPG compiler to be able to define data structures based on tables properties will help the user adopt SQL.
