RDi 9.0.1 LPEX Editor - Outline View indicator tree

The indicator tree is a very useful feature. However, we have found that not only does it show indicators from the RPG program, it also shows indicators from the associated DDS (display files and report files) from the F-specs. This is not necessarily a problem, but it would be helpful to identify such indicators (maybe "shade" them) when they are not actually in the RPG program itself.

Use Case:

When viewing the indicator tree for a source member and looking for an available indicator, we noticed a few that were not in the RPG source member. When we clicked on them to see where they were being used, the LPEX editor kept positioning the cursor on the F-spec of the display file. We did find they were being used in the DDS display file that was associated with the program. We think it would be helpful to identify these indicators in the indicator tree in some way.

This RFE has been re-evaluated.  Due to the relatively low number of votes, this RFE is now being declined.

Although the theme of this request is consistent with our business strategy, it is not committed to the release that is currently under development.
