ACS RSS uncommitted warning

With the transition from DDS to DDL we are also seeing an increase in the use of journaling.
Currently the default of Run SQL Script is no to use commit. The "Isolation Level" value is "No commit".

When you chasing this to "Uncommitted read" everything in RSS is done under commitment control.
When not using "enable true autocommit" closing the RSS session will rollback all actions.

Use Case:

Due to this transition would it not be great if a warning was initiated when closing the connection that an uncommitted action is pending, Instead of rolling back automatic?

In ACS the Schema function offers the "Database Transactions" where the uncommitted actions of the RSS job can be reviewed.

The CAAC has reviewed this requirement and recommends that IBM view this as a medium priority requirement that should be addressed. The developer can write a COMMIT statement, which will prevent the issue. This is a "nice to have" that would speed up development time.

IBM understands this request and will consider it for a future code update, though no commitment is made or implied.
