Make mod_wsgi availble on the IBM i HTTP server

IBM i HTTP Server would be able to be used by any open source project that requires wsgi web server.
Since this is a module already available in the Apache HTTP server product this would greatly enhance the adoption of Python web projects served on IBM i server.

Use Case:

IBM i HTTP server is the main web server to modernize applications on the IBM i server.
Enhancing it with mod_wsgi would open up the open source community, especially the Python community to develop new applications directly served on the Apache HTTP server existing in the IBM i server.
Right now the options are to use other web servers like nginx which make the web serving of open source python applications much harder to accomplish while at the same time make them to live in a world apart from the rest of the web serving on the IBM i server.
