Add All DATE FORMATS to QSYSINC.MIH(MIDTTM)

The QSYSINC/MIH/MIDTTM include member does not include a supported "date" format codes for the _CVTD MI instructions. Many are missing entirely. Please add them to this C include member so that we don't have to code them ourselves.


Use Case:

Tying to convert a date in CYYMMDD format using _CVTD but the MIDTTM source member does not include it and many other format codes, leaving it to us to declare them in our own code, inviting errors.

    The CEAC has reviewed this requirement and recommends that IBM view this as a “nice to have” LOW priority feature.

    Background: The COMMON Europe Advisory Council (CEAC) members have a broad range of experience in working with small and medium-sized IBM i customers. CEAC has a crucial role in working with IBM i development to help assess the value and impact of individual RFEs on the broader IBM i community and has therefore reviewed your RFE.
