Add ptf compare between multiple systems to New Navigator

The old fat client navigator with the compass from the deprecated windows product had the ability to compare PTF's between multiple systems and propagate them.
Please add this to the New Navigator.

Use Case:

I want to know what PTF's are on my test system which are not on my production system and vice versa.

The CAAC has reviewed this requirement and recommends that IBM view this as a medium priority requirement that should be addressed. This is important when managing multiple partitions and systems.

Background: The COMMON Americas Advisory Council (CAAC) members have a broad range of experience in working with small and medium-sized IBM i customers. CAAC has a key role in working with IBM i development to help assess the value and impact of individual RFEs on the broader IBM i community, and has therefore reviewed your RFE.
