Ability to read payloads when the web service is returning an error HTTP status code

When consuming web services using SYSTOOLS HTTP functions it would be important to have the ability to read payloads when the web service is returning an error HTTP status code like 422 Unprocessable Entity.
The web apis served by IBMi are already capable of responding with payloads when they return error (https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/node/6173517/).
This is a request to have the ability to read this some payload with SQL.


Use Case:

When consuming web apis it's common that in some cases the returned error only becomes clear when the returned payload is read and processed.
Also, having the ability to read the payload will create the integration between the IBMi application and the web apis much more tight.
The following JSON is the returned payload when a HTTP 422 Unprocessable Entity is returned:

Knowing the details of the error would enhance the overall solution to develop.

    Use the includeErrorMessage header attribute with a verbose HTTP function.

    includeErrorMsg Boolean false If true, then HTTP verbose functions will return error information in the RESPONSEMSG column.

    Here's an example of using the includeErrorMsg.

    select * from table(systools.httpgetclobverbose('http://www.w3.org/notfound.html',''));

    Without the includeErrorMessage, as shown in this second example, nothing is returned in the first column.

    select * from table(systools.httpgetclobverbose('http://www.w3.org/notfound.html',''));
