Expand the temporary storage metrics in the QAPMSYSTEM file to track each global bucket

The QAPMSYSTEM file in Collection Services has information about system-wide use of temporary storage - but this is grouped into database, non-database, active jobs, and ended jobs.

It would be extremely helpful to expand this temporary storage tracking to have fields for each global bucket.


Use Case:

I am having a temporary storage issue related to non-DB consumption of temporary storage. The QSYS2.SYSTMPSTG buckets can show me which bucket is the largest at a snapshot in time, but I need to see this information on an ongoing time-interval basis to identify and resolve the issue.

While my use-case is related to non-DB temporary storage, all global buckets should be tracked by Collection Services.

    The CEAC has reviewed this requirement and recommends that IBM view this as a MEDIUM priority requirement that should be addressed.
