Add SPOOLED FILE NAME to Input for QUSLSPL API

The QUSLSPL API allows the User Profile, User Data, OUTQ, FORMS type, but for some reason doesn't include the SPOOLED FILE NAME as an input parameter. The WRKSPLF command has this, as should the QUSLSPL API. Please add it.

Use Case:

The need to retrieve a list of SPOOLED Files with the same name is important when certain Commands or User Apps create them, using the same name. For example to retrieve all SPOOLED Files named ORDERS created by User CLERK2 currently requires you to generate a list of all SPOOLED files for CLERK2 and then pick through them, looking for the SPOOLED Files named ORDERS (so format 300 or a custom format 200 with the SPooled file name key are needed). This is a burden.

The request to list spooled files with a specified SPOOLED FILE NAME is quite reasonable. However, we are disinclined to update the QUSLSPL API because it can only return a limited number of spooled file entries. The QGYOLSPL API would be a better candidate for such an update.

We are currently entertaining plans to provide an SQL Service for WRKSPLF. If delivered, this would provide this capability.

Due to processing by IBM, this request was reassigned to have the following updated attributes:
Brand - Servers and Systems Software
    Product family - Power Systems
    Product - IBM i
    Component - Print
    Operating system - IBM i
    Source - None

For recording keeping, the previous attributes were:
Brand - Servers and Systems Software
    Product family - Power Systems
    Product - IBM i
    Component - Application Development
    Operating system - IBM i
    Source - None

The CAAC has reviewed this requirement and recommends that IBM view this as a medium priority requirement that should be addressed. The API, since it does not have all the same parameters as WRKSPLF, it is not as useful -- one would need to filter after getting the results.

Background: The COMMON Americas Advisory Council (CAAC) members have a broad range of experience in working with small and medium-sized IBM i customers. CAAC has a key role in working with IBM i development to help assess the value and impact of individual RFEs on the broader IBM i community, and has therefore reviewed your RFE.
