Thank you for added the testcase.boulder.ibm.com as secondary FTP server, I just updated the 111621 version and FTPTOIBM using testcase server and working as expected.

I updated the latest version today 10/27/21- V7R4M0, but it failed on connecting to IBM. So please add testcase.boulder.ibm.com as the second default server to *IBMSDUU FTP Server. Thanks!

Would this be a solution?
Yes it worked for my client and i can uploaded the QMG logs to IBM case without any issue after changing the command default value. May be it is using Port 21, but i am not sure how ftp.eurep.ibm.com failed and testcase.boulder.ibm.com works without issue, as i already told my customer blocked the Port 21/22 over internet, so i assumed it uses HTTP connection as ftp.eurep.ibm.com can't connect via browser but the testcase.boulder.ibm.com can be connected via browser.
Anyway my request is to add "testcase.boulder.ibm.com" this server *IBMSDUU FTP Server. Thanks!

Using FTP2IBMCMD *IBMSDUU does not HTTPS to upload. However, with a new version of QMGTOOLS, the FTP2IBMCMD now has *HTTPS as an upload option. The following URL has information on the FTP2IBMCMD function. https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/qmgtools-ftp-data-ibm
