Provide enhancement to BRMS that will allow restoration of *ALLUSR which can be submitted to batch

I am requesting an enhancement to BRMS which will provide the ability to perform restore operations in batch with STRRCYBRM using the control group specified from a STRBKUBRM.
After implementing PowerHA with iASP, we have to keep 12 servers SYSBAS in sync which is a manual process as there is no feature in PowerHA to sync the SYSBAS.
We are able to submit scheduled backups on the Source server using STRBKUBRM specifying a control group. This is a lights out process and runs in AJS.
The plan was to then restore the SYSBAS user libraries from the control group on the target system to keep them in sync.
However, the STRRCYBRM command does not have a submit to batch option and requires a Operator to manually select the libraries to be restored from a screen. As we do not have that person, we need an option for lights out which can be scheduled.
In working with IBM Support there was a suggestion to use the RSTLIBBRM with an object *RSTLST. Although there is an *ALLUSR option that can be used in a list, it appears that is not supported either.
Making a list with the individual libraries is cumbersome and will need to be maintained every time a new library is added.
It would be ideal if the STRRCYBRM could be submitted to batch and the backup control group be used so only those libraries will be restored. The second alternative to enable *ALLUSR in the RCYLST would also be beneficial


Use Case:

The advantage of this feature would provide would reduce the manual efforts that are currently required to keep our Power HA clusters SYSBAS in sync. BRMS is networked for each server cluster. We do not have a dedicated operator running jobs all day. Currently, we have a scheduled job to backup the user libraries in the SYSBAS which requires no user intervention. However, to keep SYSBAS in sync, we now have to perform a restore manually on each server which takes about 40 minutes per server which now has to be worked into our schedule. We have 12 servers impacted at this time. The ability requested will significantly reduce the daily workload that has been added since PowerHA was introduced.

    We have several applications, some are 3rd party, which do not support running in the iASP and therefore have to remain in *sysbas. We also have some libraries containing programs that run before the iASP is available. Some of the cluster nodes do not start the iASP and these programs would not be available if they were located on the iASP. It would require resources not readily available for us to determine if these could be moved to the iASP and then make any modifications needed for them to operate.
    I do understand and agree this request is associated with the RSTLIBBRM command and not part of an HA solution.

    The BRMS team needs more information to further assess your Request for Enhancement. First, we would appreciate your feedback on why the affected user libraries cannot be moved to the IASP where PowerHA is implemented?

    For this BRMS request, BRMS is willing to look into the enhancement request to support *ALLUSR in the *RSTLST object list to be used with RSTLIBBRM. Before BRMS starts investigation on this, we want to clarify that BRMS is a backup and recovery product and it is not designed to be used as an HA solution to keep system data synchronized between systems. Please acknowledge that you understand and agree that BRMS would be investigating support for *ALLUSR in a *RSTLST object list to be used with RSTLIBBRM, but not affirming this as an HA solution.
