ReUse ACS JOBLOG Window when re-requesting joblog

When an ACS session has an existing Joblog window open and the user presses the Joblog Icon or View->Joblog then the existing window should issue a refresh. Today it just opens another window so we end up with "100 open joblog windows".

Use Case:

Every time I press the Joblog Icon on the ACS toolbar, (on Mac) it opens the Joblog Window and shows me the current joblog. I then click back onto the main ACS window which of course obscures/covers the open Joblog window. I then press the Joblog Icon again, and ACS opens another Joblog windows. Now I have 2 Joblog Windows open. After an hour or using ACS to build an SQL stmt, I now have dozens of open joblog windows. And of course there's no "Close All" feature. The request is to have ACS reuse open windows for the same job/connection instead of always opening up a new one.

The CEAC has reviewed this requirement and recommends that IBM view this as a MEDIUM priority requirement that should be addressed.

Background: The COMMON Europe Advisory Council (CEAC) members have a broad range of experience in working with small and medium-sized IBM i customers. CEAC has a crucial role in working with IBM i development to help assess the value and impact of individual RFEs on the broader IBM i community and has therefore reviewed your RFE.

To find out how CEAC help to shape the future of IBM i, see CEAC @ ibm.biz/BdYSYj and the article "The Five Hottest IBM i RFEs Of The Quarter" at ibm.biz/BdYSZT
