Change search error details to be RDi specific

When using the search function (flashlight button) in RDi, if the search entered is something like this: &amp then you'll get an error. The error details starts talking about CL and REXX variables. It does, at the end, say to wrap the value in apostrophes, but the start of the message is completely unrelated to how one can search in RDi (that I'm aware of).

Use Case:

If I read everything that did not appear to apply to what I'm dealing with in the hopes that it might have information I need, I'd have lost a lot of programming time over the years. However in this case, if I kept reading, I would have gotten the information I needed. So why not remove the error detail information that is unrelated to what you can do in RDi?

Thank you for taking the time to submit your request. After careful consideration, we know that we cannot deliver your requested enhancement in the near term, so it is being declined. However, your request does align with the future strategy of our product and we believe it may have future value, so we will add it to an internal list for us to keep in mind for the future.

We have reviewed this requirement and we feel it would be a beneficial enhancement to the product. We hope to be able to add it to our development plans in the future.

Due to processing by IBM, this request was reassigned to have the following updated attributes:
Brand - Servers and Systems Software
    Product family - Programming Languages
Product - Developer for Power Systems

For recording keeping, the previous attributes were:
    Brand - Rational
Product family - Design & development
Product - Developer for Power Systems

Although the theme of this request is consistent with our business strategy, it is not committed to the release that is currently under development.

I'd like the error message to be absorbed by RDi - the solution is always to add single quotes around the search string, so just do it whenever this message appears.

I understand there may be more to this than I see right now - embedded quotes, full quotes, other stuff - but my wish here is a start, perhaps.
