LPEX New Procedure Wizard defaults for Free-form

With RDi 9.1.1, the defaults in the New Procedure wizard are "not checked" for both "Generate free-form D-spec and P-spec code" and "Generate free-form C-spec" check boxes.

This is a regressive change from the behavior of 9.1.0, and should be corrected.

An additional beneficial enhancement might be a preference setting if a significant number of developers prefer the fixed form as their routinely preferred setting. (Explore incorporating this with RFE 64901?).

Use Case:

I suspect most developers using RDi would prefer to have their new procedures coded in free-form RPG without having to explicitly checking those two boxes with each new procedure.

Although the theme of this request is consistent with our business strategy, it is not committed to the release that is currently under development.
