Allow IFS directory and content *IGNORE in QAUDJRN

When QAUDLVL is set to *CREATE *DELETE the IFS can generate millions of entries which are for temp objects created in directories (ZendServer issue). The problem is there is no way to turn off the capture of the Create and delete only to set the auditing for the objects once created *CRTOBJAUD. We have set the directory to *NONE for object auditing and set the *CRTOBJAUD to *NONE but we are still seeing millions of entries deposited into the QAUDJRN receivers. This takes up to 5% of the clients disk space each week filled with useless information. We have set up auto delete for the receivers each day but that is only a stop gap.

Use Case:

Any user which has QAUDLVL with *CREATE (used in HA products to capture object creates to trigger replication) will have the same issue which is filling the QAUDJRN with unwanted/needed data.
