New attribute "spooled file topic" on printer file.

Add a new attribute "spooled file topic" on the printer file for a long and readable description of each spooled file. Add the new attribute to CRTPRTF and OVRPRTF commands.


Use Case:

This new attribute is very helpfull for the user that must find a spooled file among hundreds because often the file name and the user data aren't enough. It's visible and searchable in all the display spooled file commands (WRKSPLF and IBM i Access).

    The existing USRDFNDTA parameter provides a 256 byte text field that customer can use for such a description of a spooled file.

    Due to processing by IBM, this request was reassigned to have the following updated attributes:

    The COMMON Europe Advisory Council (CEAC) has reviewed this requirement and recommends that IBM view this as a “nice to have” low priority feature.

    Background: The CEAC members have a broad range of experience in working with small and medium-sized IBM i customers. CEAC has a crucial role in working with IBM i development to help assess the value and impact of individual RFEs on the broader IBM i community and has therefore reviewed your RFE.
