Add IceWM to the IBM i YUM repository

IceWM is a lightweight Windows Manager , ideal for VNC

Use Case:

With IceWM+VNC we could create a small footprint environment where we could run a small desktop with iACS, Firefox and some other IBM i tools, like a Terminal Server

I am curious how the desktop would be used? Given the cost of CPW and RAM on Power this would seem to be a very expensive desktop.
