Show contextual warning about unused local variables

Most development tools now display a squiggly line under unused local and global variables. I believe RDi needs a feature that does this.

Use Case:

If you have a variable defined that is no longer used in the procedure or the program, a squiggly line will appear under the variable name. On hover, it would warn that the variable is no longer used.

It would be nice if it could also warn about unused files and local procedures via a similar contextual hint.

This feature was delivered in version 9.6.
Warning annotations are now displayed in the editor for any unreferenced definitions. To turn this off, go to Window -> Preferences, then select Remote System LPEX Editor > IBM i Parsers > ILE RPG. Uncheck “Annotate unreferenced definitions”. For more information, see the documentation in: https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSAE4W_9.6.0/com.ibm.etools.iseries.rse.doc/topics/tannot_unref.html

Although the theme of this request is consistent with our business strategy, it is not committed to the release that is currently under development.
