Prompt for DBMonitor running when selected to delete.

ACS Database Monitors component.
If a DBMonitor is running and I chose to delete it, it just smokes it.
I'd like to to prompt me with a message, "Monitor is running, do you still want to delete it?" or something to that affect. Odds are, I don't want to and didnt' realize I selected it.

Use Case:

Occasionally, I have to cleanup a couple hundred dbmonitors on a system. I select and Shift-select to delete a large group of them.
I've been bitten but an active one that was in the selection. It didn't stop and see if I want to still do that or not. Just blew it away.
So I'd like a prompt that if it is trying to delete one that is active, to confirm I want it ended and deleted, before continuing on with the rest in the group.

IBM has received this requirement and is evaluating it. A response will be provided when evaluation is complete.
