ACTIVE_JOB_INFO: Add how long job has been at DSPW

Not ready to leap into QINACTITV. Would rather analyze ACTIVE_JOB_INFO first. Trying to see how long a job has been in DSPW status.

Use Case:

High Availability: Lock on spool files conflicting with replication software.
Security: Are they leaving the job running across shifts and likely sharing passwords?

IBM does not intend to provide a solution to this request at this time, so it is being closed. The technical challenges and cost to implement would not be worth the benefit since there are work-arounds mentioned in earlier comments.

The ELAPSED_INTERACTION_COUNT on ACTIVE_JOB_INFO is what the operating system uses to determine the job's inactivity (along with the job being in DSPW). Of course we have to calculate the number of interactions (or transactions) over an elapsed period of time. We don't know how long a job has been in a particular status, we only know the current status and how many interactions have happened since the last reset.

Moving this to Under Consideration for more discussion.
