Change user of Integrated Webservice Server

Currently it is not possible to change the user of the webservices server without deleting, recreating and redeploying all services.

Please extend the setWebServicesServerProperties.sh script with a -user parameter so that QWSERVICE (or any other user) can be changed to a new one.

    This has been delivered. It is available as part of the following HTTP PTF Group levels.

    7.4 - SF99662 Level 7 or higher
    7.3 - SF99722 Level 26 or higher
    7.2 - SF99713 Level 38 or higher

    IBM agrees with the request and a solution appears to be desirable and feasible. IBM intends to provide a solution. However, IBM's plans may change and no commitment is made that a solution will be provided.

    I believe this functionality is very important and makes IWS a more more robust solution.
