GENUUID to previous versions

Add version 4 UUID in V7R2 onwards


Use Case:

Version 4 UUID's provide a far better chance of obtaining a unique ID. V7R4 has been announced with Version 4 UUID generation capabilities so we would like it to be implemented in previous versions if possible

    The CAAC has reviewed this requirement and recommends that IBM view this as a medium priority requirement that should be addressed. It would be good to get this into IBM i 7.3, but it was already announced that IBM i 7.2 is going to be "End of Service" in 2021, so it should not be put back that far.

    Background: The COMMON Americas Advisory Council (CAAC) members have a broad range of experience in working with small and medium-sized IBM i customers. CAAC has a key role in working with IBM i development to help assess the value and impact of individual RFEs on the broader IBM i community, and has therefore reviewed your RFE.
