Properly sign with an IBM owned certificate all the files used by iACS

The request is to provide to all programs, DLL and other components running on Windows platform an approved signature with a valid certificate owned by IBM as the publisher of the software.


Use Case:

When I start a session from iACS - Session manager I get the CarbonBlack blocking alert as you can see in the attached file named "CarbonBlack blocking.gif".
At this time, I never found any function which does not work, but I only use simple functions which might be prevented due to this blocking.

    This support is now available in version 1.1.8.6 dated December 2020.

    Most files have been signed in previous updates. The remaining files that need signing will be available in our next update coming out in December 2020.

Add digital signature to ACS files acslaunch_win*.exe

When trying to run the install_acs*.js scripts, our corporate anti-malware software (Carbon Black) is blocking the execution of the acslaunch_win*.exe files. Use Case: This enhancement would provide additional product security.
