Add support to PRTTRC to sort by *TIME

The PRTTRC has a parameter, SORT, that has two options: *TIME and *THREAD.

Attempting to sort by *TIME results in CPF98FF, Function currently not supported. Cause: *TIME Not supported. We intend to provide this function at a future date.

This has been this way for years. Please provide the support to sort by time.


Use Case:

I am tracing two jobs that interact with each other and I want to review the trace data in time order, not thread order.

    The PRTTRC command has been updated to allow SORT with the *TIME option.

    The CAAC has reviewed this requirement and recommends that IBM view this as a medium priority requirement that should be addressed. This broken function should be completed.

    Background: The COMMON Americas Advisory Council (CAAC) members have a broad range of experience in working with small and medium-sized IBM i customers. CAAC has a key role in working with IBM i development to help assess the value and impact of individual RFEs on the broader IBM i community, and has therefore reviewed your RFE.
