asking about the possibility of including information on retransmissions and "Connections Reset" by communications line

Request : Is it possible to add information to CS that shows the number of retransmissions and "Connections Reset" per communication line.

Current situation :
Banesco try to keep under control the amount of retransmissions and the restart of connections - since they are a symptom of communications problems - it is very important for the bank to have the possibility of being able to identify in which lines these anomalies originate .
Currently, to approximately glimpse on which line the retransmissions occur, they review the joblog of the QTCPWRK job, look for the TCP2617 RC2 messages and then, using SQL, they obtain the possible lines on which the retransmissions occur. As you can see, it is a process that takes time and the result is approximate.

Justification
For the reasons stated above, Banesco comes to your aid to request to you, the inclusion of statistics of retransmissions and "Connection Resets" per communication line, in order to efficiently and in real time monitor the status of the connections that are made through their lines.

Use Case:

The bank has very critical applications whose time outs are very shorts so it is very important to us to keep the communication lines as clean as we can preventing retransmissions and connection resets. Due to the aforementioned it is crucial to us to see the number of retransmissions and connections resets per line. Currently CSI is able of showing that information for a logical partition as a whole.
We are interested in watching that information in a per line basis in ordet to fix any retransmission or connection resets issue faster in a particular line.
We sent in a mail to the Job Watcher developer -Mr. Ron McCargar- and he has suggested us to create a RFE because he won't be able get that info in CSI at least that the information be written in advance in a file of Collection Services.

In IBM i 7.5, the List Physical Interface Data (QtocLstPhyIfcDta) API added 2 new fields to return this information. For more information, see https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/node/6578681.

IBM agrees with the request and a solution appears to be desirable and feasible. IBM intends to provide a solution. However, IBM's plans may change and no commitment is made that a solution will be provided.

IBM will use this request as input to planning but no commitment is made or implied. This request will be updated in the future if IBM implements it. IBM will use votes and comments from others in the community to help prioritize this request.

IBM has received the requirement and is evaluating it. IBM will provide a response after evaluation is complete.
