Allow CALLSUBR on EXEC() parm of global MONMSG

Currently, a global MONMSG can only have GOTO in the EXEC() parameter. With the addition of subroutines in CL, it would be beneficial to allow the CALLSUBR opcode in the EXEC() parameter to invoke a generic error handling routine.


Use Case:

Allowing this would enable us to expand the use of structured programming in CL by utilizing global/generic error handling code in our programs.

    The CAAC has reviewed this requirement and recommends that IBM view this as a “nice to have” low priority feature.

    Background: The COMMON Americas Advisory Council (CAAC) members have a broad range of experience in working with small and medium-sized IBM i customers. CAAC has a key role in working with IBM i development to help assess the value and impact of individual RFEs on the broader IBM i community, and has therefore reviewed your RFE.
