Make Outline support compile-time expressions in keywords

The RDi outline does not recognize a compile-time expression within the data type definition.

Example: varchar( %len( otherField ) )

Since the format of the example is supported by the compiler, I would like the RDi outline to also support it.

Use Case:

In this example, I have a character field, but also need a varying version of the field. The field "blah" could be from a file, copybook, or wherever. I provided it as its own stand-alone field so you can reproduce the issue.
dcl-s blah char( 10 );
dcl-s blahVarying varChar( %len( blah ) );

    This feature was delivered in version 9.6.0.8 and the related APAR is 72827. If you still have other problems, please open another RFE.

    Although the theme of this request is consistent with our business strategy, it is not committed to the release that is currently under development.
