IFS file download dialog needs to allow for canceling the process.

IFS file download dialog needs a allow for canceling the process. If the dialog is dismissed the download keeps going.

The download keeps going until you completely close out of the ACSBUNDLE stack.

Use Case:

Download many files, when the download process dialog appears, press ESC. The dialog goes away but you can no longer cancel the action of downloading.

THAT RED X is not obvious that what it does. MAKE it look like a real button.

At a certain point the red X still does not cancel the download. It continues to download and then remove the file it just downloaded.

The requested feature is already available. The panel you dismissed contains a red X that can be used to cancel the download operation. To get the panel back after it has been dismissed, select View->Show download and upload status
