Implement PowerHA Administrative Domain Policies in os 7.3

It would be very usefull to have Administrative Domain Policies (at least QCST_AD_CREATE and QCST_AD_DELETE) implemented by PTF also on 7.3 version of operating system the same way like QHA_AD_ANZCADPRF policy.


Use Case:

Deletion of user profiles or any other object still required some programming skill and effort. It is the base functionality to allow remove object within the all nodes in the cluster and should be available in 7.3 not only the newest version 7.4

    Thank you for providing your feedback. While we always work to bring new functionality to as many releases as possible, the automation of the administrative domain driven by the policies introduced in PowerHA 7.4 relies on core functionality that is only available in the 7.4 version of the IBM i operating system. In order for clients to take advantage of this automation, it necessary to upgrade to IBM i 7.4.

    For clients who are at IBM i 7.3 and prior versions, the IBM i Lab Services PowerHA tools for IBM i has programs and tools to help with automating the administrative domain. For additional information on the Lab Services Smart Assist Tools see: http://ibm.biz/SmartAssist
