Have the Rational product "Quick Access" search in templates and Snippets

My biggest issue with using Snippets and Templates is remembering what I called a template or that I even created a template or snippet.


Use Case:

In preferences you can search for a particular preference tree entry but not a preference item or value.

The Quick Access should be enhanced to search over user added content like Snippets and/or Templates. The details within each of those needs to be searched not just a title / summary of those items.

    This feature is part of the base Eclipse framework, which we include in the product. At this time the enhancement that you are requesting is not available. You are limited to using Quick Access to search for Template and Snippet preferences and then using that to look up any user defined settings. Although this is a valid request we are unable to satisfy this request at this time.
