Modernization Education Consulting on IBM i

Maintaining existing examples in the RUN SQL Script facility. Currently it is only possible to save new examples, but not to remvove or rework existing examples.

Use Case:

Using existing examples and adding new examples to the existing one, makes live much easier, i.e. no need to search through SQL Scripts, Sources or documentations.
But sometimes we may want to remove or rework an existing example. Both is currently not possible directly in ACS. Examples can only be removed directly from the directory.
It would be nice if we get options for removing and maintaining (at least our own examples)

    Hello Hauser (Birgitta ?),
your acs example scripts are just .sql files on your computer.
    on mine it is C:\Users\jean-paul\Documents\IBM\iAccessClient\RunSQLScripts\Examples
One option to solve your request is just to add a shortcut to this folder, either in the acs folder
(shortcut to "C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\IBM i Access Client Solutions" on your desktop)
    or directly on your desktop.
