Make ctrl-f function the same way in both block and stream modes

Ctrl-f opens a find and replace window in Developer for Power Systems. The functionality for alt-a when that window is open is different in Block and Stream modes. If code is selected in block mode when alt-a is pressed, it stays selected. In stream mode, any code selection is lost when alt-a is pressed, so the replace all function can not be restricted to the selected code.

Use Case:

System: Developer for Power Systems
Actor: Developer

Scenario 1: Replace all within a selection (both block and stream modes)
- Developer presses ctrl-f with multiple lines of code selected
- Restrict search to selection is checked
- Find string is typed
- Replace string is typed
- Developer presses alt-a
- all lines with an occurrence of the find string are displayed with the selection still intact (this is the change for stream mode)
- Developer presses alt-e to replace all occurences of the find string within the selection with the Replace string.

This feature is now available in the IBM Rational Developer for i V9.5 product with V9.5.1 update installed.
Restrict search to selection is now enabled for both Block and Stream selection modes.

Although the theme of this request is consistent with our business strategy, it is not committed to the release that is currently under development.

A preliminary evaluation of this request indicates that it is consistent with our business strategy. Further evaluation of this RFE is underway.
